Customer satisfaction is our priority. For this reason, we offer a clear return policy in compliance with current regulations for online purchases. <\/p>\n

1. Right of Withdrawal
<\/strong>Pursuant to the Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 206\/2005), the customer may exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 days of receiving the order by contacting our customer service via mail at info@itoliva.it<\/a><\/span>. The product must be returned intact, unopened, and in its original packaging. <\/p>\n

2. Return for Damaged or Incorrect Products
<\/strong>If the customer receives a damaged product, one that does not conform to the order, or one with obvious quality issues, a return or replacement may be requested within 48 hours of delivery. To initiate the procedure, send a report with photos of the damaged product to our customer service. <\/p>\n

3. Return Conditions
<\/strong>Returns are accepted only for products in intact and unopened packaging.
Returns for opened or consumed products are not accepted unless there are evident manufacturing defects.
The customer must retain the original packaging to facilitate the return.<\/p>\n

4. Return Procedure
<\/strong>To initiate a return, the customer must contact our customer service via email or phone, providing order details and a description of the issue. If the return is approved, we will provide instructions for returning the product. <\/p>\n

5. Refund
<\/strong>Once the returned product has been received and verified, the refund will be processed within 7 business days using the same payment method used for the purchase. Alternatively, the customer may choose to receive a store credit of equal value. <\/p>\n

6. Return Shipping Costs
<\/strong>If the return is due to an error on our part (incorrect or damaged product), we will cover the shipping costs.
If the return is due to a change of mind by the customer, the return shipping costs will be borne by the customer.<\/p>\n
