Profile

Single-variety Coratina. Deep green with golden hints. Vegetal and herbaceous notes on the nose; on the palate dill, fennel, artichoke, hay and tomato, with pronounced aromas and a firm bitter and pungent character. It is the same oil as Il Marchese intense fruity.

How to use it

Raw, on salads, in pulse soups and on grilled meat. The 5 litre box is for households that use a lot of olive oil every day, or for stocking up.

Format and storage

5 litre bag-in-box with tap; the same oil also comes in 3 litres. The bag shrinks as you pour, limiting the oil’s contact with air and light. Store it in a cool place, away from heat.

Why bag-in-box rather than a bottle?
