Profile

Single-variety Peranzana. Golden yellow with bright green highlights. Balanced vegetal and herbaceous notes on the nose; on the palate, balanced bitterness and pungency, a delicate taste with fresh, lively notes. It is the same oil as Il Marchese medium fruity.

How to use it

Raw, with seafood, for quick cooking, with pulses, grilled vegetables, fresh cheeses and white meat. The 5 litre box is for households that use a lot of olive oil every day, or for stocking up.

Format and storage

5 litre bag-in-box with tap; the same oil also comes in 3 litres. The bag shrinks as you pour, limiting the oil’s contact with air and light. Store it in a cool place, away from heat.

Why bag-in-box rather than a bottle?
