Il Marchese Light Fruity Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Single-variety Ogliarola from organic farming, this is the most delicate of the three Il Marchese oils: an organic extra virgin olive oil with a light fruity profile. On the nose fresh grass, lettuce and almond, with hints of vanilla; on the palate subtle and soft, with delicate but present bitterness and pungency.
Pairings
This is the oil for simple dishes: fish, white meat and vegetables. It brings out flavours without overpowering them.
